This isn't some faceless corporation or a drop-shipped reseller muppet running a website. Just two lads, our own PCs, and a proper Discord server full of past customers who've been chuffed with the work. We sort everything ourselves, from sorting your server perks to full Windows reinstalls and those remote optimization sessions that get your rig screaming again. If anything goes pear-shaped, you're messaging the same two lads who sorted you out in the first place - not some random call centre halfway across the world.
We've been at this for years
Started fixing our mates' PCs for beer money back in college, cottoned on to how much the big platforms were fleecing people for server perks, and thought "we can do that cheaper and better". The Debug Shop properly launched in 2023 and we've shifted loads of stock since. Every product in the shop is gear we've both tested ourselves, no muck that we wouldn't use on our own rigs.
Remote fixes sorted whenever works for you
All our tune-ups and PC repairs get done over screen share or Anydesk - you watch every single click, we never install nowt you haven't said is alright. We're both based here in the UK, but we'll happily burn the midnight oil for blokes across the pond or in Europe, just drop us a message to sort a time. Never any mucking about with call centres or queues, you talk straight to us.

Open a ticket with your order number, we sort a new one out. No fuss.
